At MARIA TASH, we want you to be delighted with your luxury jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced jewelry may only be returned if the tamper-evident seal remains intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original MARIA TASH packaging, ensuring all diamond certificates and tags are included.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
